The System of Care (SOC) is a local network of services meant to help kids, teens, and families dealing with mental health or behavioral hurdles. We work together with schools, clinicians, business and faith communities, nonprofits, public agencies and community partners to provide care that really focuses on the person and their family.
A big part of this is the 'wraparound' process. It’s a team approach where we build a plan based on a family’s specific strengths and needs. By focusing on local support and helping families feel empowered, we aim for better long-term results right in their own neighborhoods.
Come join us for a day of learning and teamwork to help our community grow. We’ll be talking about the best ways to work together and make a real, positive difference for our youth. By teaming up and sharing what we know, we can help build a brighter, more stable future for every child in our community.
